Fully automatic, direct drive classic vintage turntable.
It was produced from 1978. The motor is B-FG servo controlled and run at 33 and 45 rpm.
Very good performance. The ‘S’ shaped, low mass, Gimbal suspension tone arm is excellent.
The platter speed is controlled by pulse detection circuitry, which works well.
SL-D3 is a very reliable & easy to use turntable.
All functions including auto play & auto arm return working fine.
Shure N-55 stylus is newly installed.
